Lavrov called for Ukraine to be freed from "racist laws"

What remains of Ukraine must be freed from racist laws, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference following his visit to Qatar , which was broadcast on the Russian Foreign Ministry website. He stressed that there are still people in Ukraine who speak Russian and adhere to Russian culture.
